PM Ready Global Ambassador Team
PM Ready welcomes youth from around the world to join our Global Youth Ambassador Team! The PM Ready Global Youth Ambassador role is a flexible, voluntary role that helps with your leadership development while making a global impact. You will represent PM Ready in your local community, embodying our mission and values in all activities, both online and offline.

Germaine Essen (Grade 11, MD)
Germaine won the honor of "PM Ready Ambassador of the Year" in 2024. Germaine facilitated multiple online meetings and took the lead in our inaugural virtual camp discussions. She currently serves as our Director of Speaker Series. Germaine will receive the book, The Volunteering Journey to Project Leadership, by Mayte Mata Sivera and Yasmina Khelifi.
Aarin Kalghatgi (Grade 10, CA)
OM Kulkarni (Grade 9, WA)
Aarin and OM won the honor of "Online Meeting Facilitators of the Year" in 2024. Both Aarin and OM excelled in facilitating virtual meetings. They prepared meeting agendas, finalized discussion questions, and ensured smooth discussions. Each will receive a copy of the book, Great Meetings Build Great Teams, by Rich Maltzman and Jim Stewart.
Katelyn Gooneratne (Grade 11, CA)
Katelyn earned the President's Volunteer Service Award (Gold).
Grace Andino
Grace was admitted into Yale University Class of 2029 to pursue the major of Psychology and English.
Anvi Palav
Anvi was admitted into The Ohio State University Class of 2029 with a full-ride scholarship to pursue Neuroscience in the pre-med track.
Namyanzi Edwards
Namyanzi was admitted into Columbia University Class of 2029 to pursue Industrial Engineering.
Glen Marques
Glen was admitted into Tufts University Class of 2029 to pursue International Relations.

Our ambassadors are open to anyone who has the passion to serve and the curiosity to learn project management. No matter where you are from, we look forward to working with you.
What activity can an ambassador do and how to earn service hours?

The guideline does not aim to be an exhaustive list of volunteer activities you can do as a PM Ready ambassador. If you have any activity suggestions, please contact us. We would like to work with you to keep the guideline updated.
Please use the PM Ready Ambassador Service Hours Tracking Sheet to document and track your volunteer activities and hours. It is the responsibility of the ambassador to document and track service hours.
What is the time commitment?
We understand that your time is valuable, and we prioritize the MEANING of your voluntary work over the number of hours you can commit. Generally, we expect you to perform at least 10 hours of voluntary work on a yearly basis. It is the responsibility of the ambassador to document and track service hours.
