Book Club Manager (1 vacancy)
Description: The Book Club Manager works closely with the PM Ready's leadership and ambassador teams to build PM Ready’s reading list and manage PM Ready's Book Review Program to promote PM Ready's mission and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain PM Ready's reading list by identifying books related to project management, business analysis, leadership development that are suitable for youth or young students to read.
- Coordinate with PM Ready ambassadors, Directors of Ambassador Engagement, and Chapter Managers to collect book reviews to be published on PM Ready's Blog.
- Assist the Director of Speaker Bureau in identify speakers for virtual book talks.
- Stay updated with new releases and popular trends in the book industry.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and appreciation of project management, with
successful completion of PM Ready’s online course, “Project
Management for Youth.”
- Project Management Ready® Certification is preferred but not required.
- Proven work experience in a book club is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with all stakeholders.
- High level of motivation and a self-starter.
Director of Ambassador Engagement (within the U.S.; multiple vacancies)
Description: Directors of Ambassador Engagement at a state/territory within the U.S. work closely with PM Ready leadership and ambassador teams in promoting PM Ready’s mission and growth initiatives on the state level.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead ambassador recruitment to maintain a strong ambassador within the state or territory.
- Assist in PM Ready's event planning and promotion and newsletter updates.
- Organize asynchronous and synchronous activities to engage PM Ready Chapter Managers within the state/territory.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and appreciation of project management, with successful completion of PM Ready’s online course, “Project Management for Youth.”
- Project Management Ready® Certification is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in volunteer recruitment and management, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire volunteers.
- High level of motivation and a self-starter.
Director of Ambassador Engagement (outside the U.S.; multiple vacancies)
Description: Directors of Ambassador Engagement at a country/region outside the U.S. work closely with PM Ready leadership and ambassador teams in promoting PM Ready’s mission and growth initiatives outside the U.S.
Responsibilities:
